Peace and blessings. Seba Dja and the Kemetic Diet Study Group 30 Day Rawer Food Prep W/ Bastu Akhu would like to invite the Neterian community to partake in an Ancient Kemetic Traditional Ritual, Ushet Rekhat (The Mother/Goddess Worship Ritual) beginning tomorrow with the Winter Solstice.
This ancient Kemetic tradition can be found in the book African Religion Vol. 5 – The Goddess by Dr. Muata Ashby and encompasses 7days of observances of the Goddess Principle with the finale/climax being the observance of the the rising of Sopdu (Goddess Aset) on Dec. 31st 2020.
Tomorrow we will meet for the commencement of the program online at 8:00pm ET then each additional scheduled day from 6am – 7am ET (except day 7) to partake in the “Goddess Worship & Ritual of Enlightenment” program which will be facilitated by Seba Dja with the assistance of Bastu Akhu.

In addition to what you need which is on the flyer here are the general procedures.
General procedure to be observed each day of the ritual (pg. 83-84)
A. Fasting -Do not eat anything between 6pm and 7am during each day of the ritual beginning Dec. 21st. Vegetarian diet is to be observed always
B. Celibacy, non-violence, truthfulness, in thought, word and deed are to be observed during each day of the ritual.
C. Go to bed by 11pm and commence the ritual at 6am everyday, facing the eastern horizon
D. On December 31st the ritual is to be carried out at 11pm facing the southern pole
E. The epic story of the Ausarian Resurrection along with the various aspects of the Goddess are to be read and studied each day.
F. Recite the hekau of the Goddess as prescribed
